Goal : lose 1lbs every week - total lost 15lbs
Diet : 6 to 8 meals -protien shake until goal is been reach- 1 cheat day
activity : walk 30 minutes daily or tennis all by my self (kaya ko po yan... heheheh)
supplements : amino acids, fish oils, vitamin e, multivitamins,physilum husk
weight lost training:
1st day
push up - 3sets - 8 to 10 repetition
dumbell flys - 3 sets - 8 to 10 repetition
barbell curl - 3 sets - 8 to 10 repetition
dumbell curl - 3 sets - 8 to 10 repetition
