after na masundo na sila ng service nila @ around quarter to seven I walked around our subdivision, a brisk walking. 5 turns ay tapos na ako, it just take 15 to 20 minutes. no need to wear rubber shoes, basta kung ano lng ang suot ko labas na ako (i dont sleep with pajamas) at slippers,usually kc pag nagbihis ka pa para sa pag breeze walking mo, matatagalan ka pa @ yung sikat nag araw masyado ng mainit, di tulad kapag naaabutan mo yung yellowish pa ang color ng sun ,mmm maganda at masarap sa balat vitamin D.
walking in the morning is very important to me, para kasi sa akin yun na yung oras na nilaan ko para sa sarili ko,and i really proud of it that after all the hectic schedule i have as a stay home mom I still have time to spare for my wellness.
while i walk i listen to my e-books sa ipod shuffle ko,habang naglalakad dinadaan ko na rin yung daily collection ko sa mga tindahan, feeling ko masyado talaga efficient ang day ko , imagine mo yung multi tasking na ginagawa ko , nag eexercise na , nag-aaral pa ako at nagtratrabaho.
after breeze walking, i eat my 2nd meal , take my vitamins & protiens.clean the house and cook food, and off to work .. online jobs...
@ around 9 am stop na ako sa work, tutor naman para sa 2 kids na natira sa house. after nun, nap time for me.
before 11 am gising na ako ulit for lunch time , kasi yung isa ko pa anak ay papasok na sa school, after lunch , work ulit ako
@ 3pm resting time so i have energy sa pag uwi ng mga kids ko ng 4pm.we play and eat dinner together, after that its study time, while i clean the mess again.I read another chapter of storybook.
after all those routine nagpupunta naman ako sa Gym, 30 to 45 minutes lang tapos uwi na ako, sabay kami matutulog ng kids ko ng 9pm.....
being a stay home mom is not easy, you also need to manage your time or else you will get bored to your daily routines, you must be creative in cultivating your own dreams as an individual and as a mom and wife...
